He is a fellow chartered accountant enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2007 did his graduation from Delhi University has rich experience in the field of taxation & audit. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to grow as a seasoned professional. As an ex-banker and coming from his last position as GM Taxation and Finance in one of the prominent Indian agro-chemicals company, he did successfully lead the taxation and audit department for more than 10 years. A good speaker he is has deliberated publicly and trained teams on various subjects. In the past, he has been involved in matters covering bank audits, PSU, corporate, non-corporate audits, tax audits, income tax & GST advisory and compliances, Trust & NGOs formation and compliances, handling tax assessments & appellate proceedings along with the review, installation, and implementation of ERP system, preparation of project reports, dealing with bankers & private equity fund houses.
